Hello!
I’m Ady, founder and owner of Ady Watts Personal Training, Strength and Conditioning. I started the business 17 years ago to introduce a new level of training and personal service to the fitness industry.
Having struggled with my weight when I was younger, I discovered training and changed my own body shape. But the results were more than aesthetic. I was healthier, stronger and more confident. I’d developed a new-found self-belief – and it was only natural that I wanted to share this with others.
I started a limited membership gym with a focus on quality rather than quantity, and a belief in serious fitness that’s serious fun!
Some have started from rock bottom and now enjoy a quality of life they never thought possible. Others are athletes who needed support to get to the next level. Some have tackled weight issues, others have overcome health concerns… all have reached a new level of strength, fitness and mobility.
We’re a true fitness family, where you’re more than a membership number – you’re an individual, with goals to achieve and challenges to overcome. From first-time gym-goers to athletes, and from teenagers to octogenarians, our members share a common goal – to be the best version of themselves.

Our Gym Community
From small roots, we’ve expanded to offer two Hereford-based gyms – one to the north of the city, the other to the south.
Today, the business consists of a team of world-class personal trainers, backed up by expert healthcare practitioners – including a physiotherapist, podiatrist, sports massage therapist and sports psychologist – to provide an all-round approach to your fitness and wellbeing. We also have a thriving social scene with regular lifestyle related workshops and the odd night out where we get the chance to celebrate our successes.
