“I have struggled with my weight and overall fitness for a few years and with bi-lateral rotator cuff repairs and arthritis in one ankle, I decided the time had come to sort myself out and do something about it.
I had heard about Ady Watts through my golf club at Ross and it sounded just what I needed. I also felt that being in group run classes, it was more likely that I would commit, so I joined the 30 day trial.
I can’t praise the whole set up enough! Where do I start… the staff, every single one, have been friendly, encouraging and really make you feel part of the family. They take time to make sure you are doing all the exercises correctly and taking into account any injuries or restrictions and adapting each exercise to suit you. I feel totally safe using the gym and everyone goes that bit extra to make sure everything is clean and tidy.
At the end of my 30 days trial I had my first monthly review, where I was given some extra exercises tailored for me, which I am already feeling the benefit of. I also go to two classes a week, along with the cycling improvement programme, so am hopeful that the weight will continue to come off …
