I love the increased energy I have! All the aches and pains I used to get in my lower back have disappeared and I generally feel much better in myself.
I was 81 this Spring and feel in really good shape – I feel so much stronger & flexible!
I have also fine tuned my training and feel I am making progress…I don’t worry that I might be damaging my replacement knee or speeding up the deterioration of the other knee.
I am now the fittest I have ever been, have a love of exercise that I have never had and have found a true work-life balance that works for me.
I now love exercise. I honestly never thought that would happen again! Training has saved my sanity, especially during the lockdowns.
There’s been a huge difference in the 4 weeks that I’ve been coming to the gym. The difference is not just the physical things I can do, but also the mental aspect.
I can’t praise the whole set-up enough! It has already made a big difference to my overall well being, energy and going towards my weight loss goal – win, win situation!”
I don’t think it matters what your start point is fitness-wise, everyone would benefit from the approach. I look forward to all of the training now rather than dreading it.
I run a small glamping business and this has been the first summer in a few years that I’ve not ended the season with chronic joint pain and a need for steroid injections!
I am now back training two or three times a week after my heart attack 3 years ago and it has become one of my most important habits.
I feel stronger physically and mentally together with being overall much healthier. I had been considering reducing my working days leading up to retirement as I was getting weary but now that I have so much more energy those thoughts have been put aside.
It took a lot of effort to even go through the door and discuss the right path forward. I am very grateful and thankful that on that day I was made to feel quite at ease in a very professional environment.
