“I’ve always done some form of exercise, though maybe a bit sporadic. I was a member at our local gym for some time and was enjoying classes like body balance 2/3 times a week until COVID arrived.
 
Although I was then walking and cycling as much as I could, I lost my motivation for anything else. After hearing about Ady’s from a friend, I decided to give the 6 week mini membership a go to give myself the kick-start I needed.
 
From the first Small Group Personal Training class I attended, initially feeling quite nervous, I loved it! I love that the groups are no more than four. I love that we’re mixed ages, genders and abilities. I love the increased energy I have! All the aches and pains I used to get in my lower back have disappeared and I generally feel much better in myself.
 
During lockdown the online sessions have also been great for keeping me in routine; Maisie my dog loves to join in with me too!
 
I can’t speak highly enough of the great team of coaches; they are all so encouraging and supportive. They’ve given me confidence to do things in the gym that I would have shied away from previously. I never thought I had the strength before, but I now love a push up too….”
