Membership also includes small group personal training sessions with up to four members, and team training sessions of up to 10 people. These fun, lively and energetic workouts provide balance and variety so you can get the best possible results.
Team training includes our high intensity workouts, designed to help you burn fat, our Wattbike programme to optimise your cardiovascular fitness and our Move and Improve sessions, to restore mobility and calm.
Our personal trainers benefit from weekly internal staff training from Ady Watts himself or head coach James Dickson, plus regular instruction from the best training providers in the fitness industry. We employ the best, to help you become the best.
