Good News Travels Fast...

We’ve built our reputation through the people whose lives we’ve changed through our personal training.

If you’re new to the gym environment, want to gain confidence, increase strength, rehabilitate following an injury or reach a weight loss goal, one-to-one personal training is for you.

Membership also includes small group personal training sessions with up to four members, and team training sessions of up to 10 people. These fun, lively and energetic workouts provide balance and variety so you can get the best possible results.

Team training includes our high intensity workouts, designed to help you burn fat, our Wattbike programme to optimise your cardiovascular fitness and our Move and Improve sessions, to restore mobility and calm.

Our personal trainers benefit from weekly internal staff training from Ady Watts himself or head coach James Dickson, plus regular instruction from the best training providers in the fitness industry. We employ the best, to help you become the best.

With such a minefield of information available, we’ll help you gain clarity on what aspects of your lifestyle to work on to achieve lasting change. With coaches qualified in Precision Nutrition and Behaviour Design, our team are highly skilled and have a proven record of success.

There are many basics that need to be ticked to enable better performance. Strength, Mobility, Agility, Body Composition and Mindset to name just a few. To elicit greater performance, the secret is identifying which of these is your priority. Whether you are looking to compete in dressage, drive the ball 20 yards further in your golf or improve your wattage on the bike, we’ve got the skills to help you achieve.

Many of our members join us due to an injury that they haven’t been able to resolve through conventional, passive treatments. With a range of services available, from Physiotherapy to Personal Training, we get our members not just off the couch but empower them to return to sport and enjoy a quality of life that they didn’t think possible.

Cardiac & Cancer Rehabilitation

We’re delighted to be able to offer members with the above conditions the opportunity to exercise in a safe and effective manner. With our own in-house expert coach in both Cardiac Rehabilitation and Cancer Rehabilitation, we offer a perfect path to leading an active lifestyle with confidence.
