Personal Training Results - Group Motivation

If you’re looking to get the benefits of personal training but enjoy the motivation of working with others, then Small Group Personal Training – our most popular membership option – is for you. By limiting groups to a maximum of four, our experienced personal trainers can provide expert coaching and instruction to all participants in a safe, effective environment.

Small group training memberships also include team training sessions of up to 10 people. These fun, lively and energetic workouts provide balance and variety so you can get the best possible results. Team training includes our high intensity workouts, designed to help you burn fat, our Wattbike programme to optimise your cardiovascular fitness and our move and improve sessions, to restore mobility and calm.

With a wide variety of programmes designed to speed your progress, you’ll soon be stronger, fitter and more flexible than you’ve ever been.

We spent 10 years refining our Personal Training skills before launching our Small Group Personal Training 5 years ago. Ever since, we’ve been refining our model to ensure it delivers our members results.

Free 90 Minute Consultation

To get off to a great start, we take the time to get to know you. A senior member of our team will take you through our thorough consultation to find out where you are at, how you’d like us to help you and what you’d like to achieve.

6-Week Trial Membership

Our 6-week trial membership gives you the chance to test drive our various services before choosing which of our memberships is the best to get you results.

Having sampled our services, we’ll sit down to review your progress and discuss which is the best membership option for you to reach your goals.

Meet with a designated coach each month to discuss your results and agree a training strategy for the coming period.
