Small Group Training is the future of supervised training. In a nutshell, you’ll perform your specifically designed program with up to three other clients under the carefully trained eye of one of our expert coaches. This is a great option for those looking to get in shape, those of you who are injury free and those who have maybe progressed from using our personal training services and are now more confident. The social aspect provides great motivation while the small number of participants still allows for quality training and, as you’re sharing your coach you also benefit from great value!
All of our Small Group Training memberships include:
- The designated number of weekly sessions
- A full, 90 minute biomechanical assessment and goal setting session
- A weekly template gym program
- Full access to the facility to perform the template program
- Access to all Wattbiking sessions
