I was 81 this Spring and feel in really good shape – I feel so much stronger & flexible!
I have also fine tuned my training and feel I am making progress…I don’t worry that I might be damaging my replacement knee or speeding up the deterioration of the other knee.
I am now the fittest I have ever been, have a love of exercise that I have never had and have found a true work-life balance that works for me.
I now love exercise. I honestly never thought that would happen again! Training has saved my sanity, especially during the lockdowns.
