Personal Training and unlimited support with a dedicated, expert coach. Specific, goal orientated programs are carefully designed with a results driven approach. Emphasis is placed as much on good technique and safety as it is on the strengthening and conditioning of your body and functional movement. This method of training is time-tested and whilst it is challenging, it is also incredibly fulfilling, rewarding and fun!
All of our Personal Training Memberships include the following:
- The designated number of sessions with the chosen level coach
- A full, 90 minute biomechanical assessment and goal setting session
- A monthly customised program
- Full access to the facility
- Access to all Small Group Training sessions
- Access to all Team Training sessions
Personal Training Consultation
For those of you who can’t join us at our facility we can design programs for you to use at your existing facility or even home. Please allow 1 ½ hrs for an initial assessment followed by 2 one hour coaching sessions to implement your program.

- Ady Watts – £70 per session
