“I returned to Ady Watts as I knew they could help with the pain and discomfort I was experiencing with my shoulder. Ady and his team had previously helped and fully supported me through an ongoing back problem to the point I was lifting weights I thought I would never ever be able to lift! Since returning I have gradually been losing weight and am definitely feeling much healthier and a lot fitter. My diet has improved immensely and my confidence has soared! After a couple of months with Ady as my coach it was time for me to choose one of his team moving forward. It was suggested that Jon become my new coach and that’s how it is today, I train with Jon twice weekly and he is very encouraging and approachable. He encourages me forward at a pace that is suitable for me and always discusses options first, taking into account the goals that I wish to achieve.
