“While I was continuing some good online training during lockdown, I realised that I needed more guidance and a more challenging regime to make further progress in getting my weight down.

I find the small group sessions really enjoyable, while the trainers’ emphasis on good form has really improved my posture and flexibility. 

My only regret is not joining sooner!
