“As the years roll on I’ve come to value the training at Ady’s more and more. The strength and mobility I’ve developed have allowed me to stay injury free and continue to compete in running and cycling events. I feel really resilient and have at the age of 67 just ran a personal best 1/2 Marathon.
I’ve been a regular at Ady’s for several years now. Like most of us, I’ve underlying niggles which the coaches help me manage with appropriate exercises. The sessions are always well coached and enjoyable and the other members are great company. The gym also enjoys a great social scene from regular walks, meals out and even cycling trips which I enjoy attending.”
