The staff and other people you meet are so supportive and caring, where you are placed at the centre. Plans are discussed and managed which makes it so natural to achieve goals in a really safe and steady way.
You just need to turn up and they do the rest. The small group sessions change weekly so you can’t get bored and it’s fun for an hour. I am now consider myself fit and confident.’
