I would recommend Ady Watts and his team to everyone, no matter how unfit you may be.
Having been diagnosed with Peripheral Neuropathy, which was affecting the sensation in my lower legs and feet, I noticed my balance and hence confidence waning.
I decided to take up the introductory offer to join Ady Watts to see if I could make a difference to my condition. I had not been near a gym/fitness centre for 40 yrs since giving up playing rugby. Following my initial assessment which highlighted my issues, I started attending the Low Intensity Training classes.
I found that all of the team were extremely friendly and encouraging. Starting from an extremely low base, with the teams help I have noticed that my balance is improving, my mobility is also on the up. What is excellent is that the team are aware of your issues and encourage you to achieve your goals, under their watchful eye.
Working in a small group alongside with other people with different issues, you feel part of a team.
I found the more I attend training, the more I enjoy it . You meet new people in a very friendly environment.
I would recommend Ady Watts and his team to everyone, no matter how unfit you may be.
