“The main reason for joining the gym is yet to be accomplished.. but joining the gym was part of my master plan to finally quit smoking for good.
I decided that by feeling fitter and stronger both physically and mentally that this would give me a much better starting point.
That said I have never really enjoyed going to the gym or the normal keep fit style classes. I always thought i’d look out of place or be too unfit.
That’s not the case at Ady’s, you can train in small groups and at your own pace, you can train online as well as at the gym (which works really well if time is an issue), and you always have good access to a qualified trainer, who will let you know if you need to tweak things to get even better results.There is also a monthly review which gives you loads of information on where you have improved and what to do if you have a blip in one month (which I did). All the other members I have met so far seem to have had the same reservations as me about gyms – and are all saying the same – this one is different and much better for being so.
I joined the gym back in October and since then I have lost weight, lost body fat and also gained muscle mass – all without a big change to my lifestyle or diet (all I have really done is swapped the crisps for nuts), and the improvements have been noticed by friends and family.
So it is a big thank you from me to the Ady Watts team – as not only am I on my way to my final goal, but I am actually enjoying getting fit and being a member of a gym.”
