Our training sessions

We run over 100 quality training sessions per week from our two Hereford facilities allowing our members to book in at their convenience. No matter what your goal, we provide a great solution for you to achieve. Our objective is to make great quality training accessible to as many people as possible. By constantly evolving and developing our Small Group Personal Training & Team Training we’ve made a lot of the benefits previously reserved for Personal Training to more clients. We concentrate on quality, not quantity.
